Shipping & returns

1. How orders leave the shop

Pickup on request, or courier across Lebanon. Same-day runs depend on when the order is confirmed and whether the SKU is on the shelf. We do not promise 24-hour nationwide delivery on every order.

2. Filament packing

Spools leave in their factory bag when it is still sealed. Opened shop spools are re-bagged with desiccant when we can. Store PETG, nylon, and TPU dry after you open them.

3. Returns

Unopened, unused shop goods can be returned within 14 days if the bag and spool are intact. Opened filament is not returnable unless it was the wrong SKU we sent. Defective hardware: WhatsApp photos and the order number; we replace or refund after we see it.

4. Studio jobs

Custom prints are made to your brief. If we missed an agreed size or the print is defective, we reprint. A change of mind after approval is a paid revision.
